2020 Partnerships

APS

Since 2014, APS has contributed $250,000 to Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation, with funds benefiting Arizona first responders throughout APS service territory.

American Red Cross

Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation has partnered with the American Red Cross to install smoke alarms in more than 25,000 homes across America while providing fire safety education as well as helping families recover from these disasters.

Anita Carter Cancer Prevention Fund

The initiative was launched in memory of Ms. Anita Carter to support grants to reduce the cancer threat among first responders help prevent cancer among first responders through grant awards that protect and prevent exposure to cancer-causing agents and toxins.

Clear Coalition

CLEAR Coalition is partnering with Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation to promote CPR training and provide automated external defibrillators (AEDs) to organizations in the state of Georgia. So far, more than $130,000 in equipment and resources have been given to Georgia schools and non-profits through this collaboration. Michael Namey AED Initiative

The initiative was launched in memory of University of Central Florida freshman and Jacksonville native, Michael Namey. Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation has joined efforts with Connie Namey and Dr. Sylkia Martinez to raise awareness for sudden cardiac arrest on school campuses by providing CPR/AED training and increasing access to AEDs; creating an educated and prepared environment among students, faculty and staff.

Mermaids For Morgan

The Mermaids For Morgan fund was established in memory of Morgan Delks. The Mermaids for Morgan program is dedicated to educate the public on the dangers of distracted and impaired driving.

End Distracted Driving

Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation has partnered with the Casey Feldman Memorial Foundation to support its End Distracted Driving (EndDD) project. Through this partnership, the Foundation has supported the growth of the EndDD outreach program, accelerating the growth of the elementary, middle and high school programs, and teamed up to educate the public on the dangers of distracted driving. Learn more about the Casey Feldman Memorial Foundation and the End Distracted Driving project.

2020 Firehouse Subs and Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation Partnership

Firehouse Subs and Firehouse Subs suppliers will together donate 0.11% of purchases in 2020 at Firehouse Subs locations to the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation for the purchase of lifesaving equipment, with a minimum donation of $1 million. See FirehouseSubs.com for full details.

While Firehouse of America is not being compensated for conducting this promotion to benefit Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation, Inc., it is considered a professional fund-raiser or solicitor under the laws of some states.

This promotion does not benefit a particular public safety organization under Texas law, but the funds will be used to purchase life-saving equipment for first responders across the country.
